All sales are final, however if there is an issue with your item I will always try to find a solution.

If you have purchased an item that is in need of repair, please send a picture of your item, along with your proof of purchase or order number to cageddesigns.info@gmail.com. You should receive a response in one to two business days.

Who pays to return items back to you?

The customer pays the shippingto Caged Designs for repairs. Shipping after repairs is free.
